We are proud and excited to invite all of you to the 2012 Veterans Day Parade & Freedom on November 10, 2012 – PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
Our very small group of all volunteers, the Georgia Veterans Day Parade Association of Atlanta, Inc. has put together another wonderful Parade and Ball to give tribute and honor to our Georgia Veterans.
Every year, we give special honors to a particular group of veterans. With the 70th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor and America's entry in the World War II occurring last year, we honored the Greatest Generation and the World War II Veterans. We were honored to have James Madio who portrayed Sgt. Frank Perconte and Ross McCall who portrayed Cpl. Joseph Liebgott from the critically acclaimed mini-series "Band of Brothers" as lasts year's Parade Grand Marshals and Freedom Ball Guest Speakers. Currahee!
